I applied for membership One Health send me an SMS that my application was accepted. After a few weeks they called me and stated that I am a Risk to ONE Health and the next I received a SMS stated that my membership is been cancelled. With one call to another to find out what is the problem they put me back as a member. Then they phone me to deliver my ONE Health card, but on that stage I was on leave and told them I will let them know when I will be back. I did so and as from that date until now (5 weeks after) still not received my card. They did make a appointment with me on the 12 Nov at 15:00 to deliver the card and with SMS send between the person who will deliver and myself the person never pinched up. I lost also income for that time for had to cancelled all my appointments due to this delivery. I did also received two calls that they will deliver my card A.S.A.P. but still nothing. They are fast to deduct the premium but not fast to respond on their responsibilities. Right now my wishes is that its better we cancel the contract between ONE Health and myself and ONE Health had to pay me back my 3months Membership fees in total. Send also e-mails for help but still no reply.
