Unauthorised debit

African Bank decided to debit my account today when they know very well that my salary date is the 20th and this creates an unpaid item charge of R138 on my account, im livid bcos this is not the 1st time they've done it before and requested a refund from them but they sent me from pillar to post and i ended up letting it go, well not this time. They will refund me because i always keep my account in good standing so when they debit without my authority it creates a bad record on my account.

If they dont stop this nonsense, i will make sure that consumers knw abt the kind of service one receives from these people.
