Why aren't we contacted

My mom took out life insurance with covision for me but now I'm married but I want to take over the life insurance but now we don't know how to get hold of covision & we were not even told that covision is now in partnership with hollard or hollard has taken over, nothing was brought to our attention which is not right!!! We would like covision/hollard to contact us if possible.
