Call centre number not listed

I have a policy with Covision Funeral, I want to update my plicy but i couldnt find their number in any directory. I tried 1023 for assistance but there was know number listed under Covision, so I am wondering if the company still exists or not. This is causing an inconveniance as I can not find any number to contact them.
