Covision Life
Bad service

For the last five years we have a policy with Covision. Tuesday the 30 April 2013 i call them about the cash back bonus we never received for the last 5 years. Tuesday the lady told me she will send me the email for the cash back today i call again and still no email. Until 2 o'clock i tried to phone them after 35 mins no answer so what now?
So Covision is now Holard but why did you not notify us with this.
