2 weeks to get loan

After aplying for 2 weeks for a loan, after losing 2 vehicles that i could buy, i still have not received any feedback.
i have signed contract on the 11 of December 2013, after promising the seller of a vehicle thhat i have been approved, please keep vvehicle for me, today (friday the 13th December) i have to phone and ask why and what is happening, rsponce was, we are sorry, we had a problem, please come in again with all paper work, we need to sign a new contract? i have already signed one, was that not the done deal then?? every timme i have to do this, it costs me 150km from where i stay to them, and then back again (this is the 4th time today) will i lose another vehicle? why is it that i have to run they need things, but i have to appologise each time to the person selling, and i feel like the???
