No payment on claim

In October 2011 I was diagnosed with a dvt in my calf due to severe reactions to the medicine and the dvt self I was unable to work for a couple of months. When I wanted to cover for loss of income I was told I do not qualify, I had to claim for severe illness. I have been struggling ever since to get this sorted out how ridiculous is this that I have to pay monthly but when I need the policy everyone keeps on passing the buck. the latest story they are telling me is that they cant see the wording on the documentation but I couriered the original documentation to them the first time they asked me for the documents. This person has since left Liberty and I am now at the third person to help me with the claim. You lure people in by advertising happy people that was helped when they had a problem but when you have a problem Liberty will help and support you! What a load of nonsense you make it as hard as possible and difficult as you can so you do not have to pay!!! I find that very very frustrating I will most definitely not refer ANYONE to liberty as you take the money but refuse to pay out in time of severe crisis. It is the end of 2013 and still NOTHING!
