No feedback from Insurance company

I have upgraded my cellphone contract at Game Kolonade Pretoria on 22 December 2012. A lady came to me asking if I need insurance on my cellphones, wich I agreed to do. Form was completed and the payment for my first instalment was paid at the same time. I received a booklet that had an insurance number on. On the 24th of January my daughter was mugged and took her cellphone. I have completed the relevant forms and submitted all documentations and police reports to Finrite. After five days of waiting I did not receive any response back from them, so I called and spoke to Tarryn Adams. According to Tarryn my insurance was never activated and asked me to write a dispute letter which I did and mailed it back to her. It's been three weeks now and I'm still waiting for an answe
