Bad service receive at the claims department

On the 06 of December i was going to my uncles funeral at Standerton the roads were bad the i hit the port hole and it damange two tyres that were new and i phoned the claims to department, they came and tore the car and i was left strunded without transport at the place that i dont even know. When i phoned on Monday they hadn't send the accessar to check my car it took them a week and they had to bring my car back at East rand from secunda even that i had to fight with them too, finally the car is at Edenvale still they haven't appointed the accessar to check my car. I'm going for holidays next week i don't have a car and i can't even hire a car because i don't have credit card. i'm so disappointed with Indwe really for giving me such a bad service. i used to value them but now i don't anymore
