I phoned in with a reasonably complicated query that involved removing items from cover, adding a vehicle, and dealing with an erroneous rerate and refund. Eloise was super efficient and helpful, and while she was tending to my enquiry and making the relevant changes, she also informed me that she has already applied and confirmed a negation of the pending policy increase in Janruary on all my insured areas - 3 vehicles, household cover and out-and-about cover. What amazed me is that she took initiative without me even asking for if any discounts were possible - she really thought about what a customer would typically want or need when they contact a call center, over and above the explicit things that get asked. 5 stars, Eloise!!! I wont be phoning around for better insurance quotes this year, you've sold me on Outsurance. -Ryno
