For some reason, I was approved and declined for a smart device 3 time! I was at the point of leaving FNB because of terrible service and Decklyn came to my rescue! He managed to look at my problem and suggested that actually the best thing was for me to go to the DOT FNB store to resolve the matter. He phoned ahead to ensure stock and i managed to pick up not just one device, but 2!

Thanks a lot to Decklyn. The rest of the call center team were RUBBISH!
