Charged Penalties for Branch negligence

I went in to the Clearwater branch and did a Forex payment in May this year. Submitted ALL the required documentation, after being given the run-around by the branch despite phoning in advance to ensure they told me of whatever was required.
Thank for an iPhone and internet connectivity, otherwise I would have had to go back to get the additional information.
Eventually my Forex transaction was processed. Now in reviewing my bank statements, I see I am being charged Forex Penalty fee since then.
My Prestige Banker has not responded to any of my dozen or more emails, requesting a Prestige banker to provide feedback.
Eventually get a response from the branch, saying they merely provide a service of forwarding documents. I would need to liaise with Forex regarding penalty fees.
My gripe - What am I paying Prestige Banking fees for???
Is it MY problem, that the branch and Forex departments work like countries at war??
NO. I as the customer, was not informed or advised to do anything further. My part of the transaction is over when I sign and ask is there anything further I need to be aware of, and the bank replies No.
My husband has already moved to FNB due to disgusting service!!
