Hurry up and wait

I visited the new FNB branch at Willowbridge to process a Forex transaction, as my usual branch's Forex division moved here.

We were told upon arrival that Forex will be closed for the next hour, for which I can only assume is a lunch break. Why on earth is there no other person filling in whilst the firat goes on lunch?

Fine, whatever, I did some other things in the branch, and sat waiting for Forex, only to be told it will be an hour and a half wait for the person to come back! This is unacceptible, I used time off to go to the branch, and the Forex trading hours on the door do not mention anythong about closing at lunch time! Why close the division in my previous branch for no service in the new "MegaFNB"?? I am disgusted.
