Hi,
I have been a very loyal and true Customer to FNB for quite some time. I have never had a late payment. I had a couple of temporary loans which was repaid on time without any issues. Even me being a generally a very good customer like my FNB does not want to do the same for me. I had various issues, including my platinum card, ebucks and finance. After all this I still stuck around.
I recently ordered a smart device from FNB which is quite urgent as my business phone broke. My application was successful and I was promised confirmation within a few days. After the 3rd day, I phoned FNB to find out if my application has been approved. I phoned 4 times, the first three time I did not receive any answer after holding for 10mins. Luckily after holding for 18 minutes the fourth time I got through just to find out that my application was declined with no reason.
I would expect better service from someone that does all their banking through FNB.
I would like to mention that FNB should make it a bit more clear on some of their packages. FREE slow lounge access is definitely misleading and should be carefully explained to the customers because its not FREE. Considering to change banks
