Terrible service from FNB

FNB!! All the adverts on TV and the internet saying it is quick and easy to apply to FNB is not true! Being a new FNB client I have experienced terrible service! Incompetence cannot even describe it. Every application I did (cheque, credit card, smart device) I had problems with - not to mention the tiring request of drips-and-drabs of correspondence FNB requested from me - some things got requested twice which means additional time delays!! I submitted an application for a smart device. I received a sms from FNB acknowledging receipt of my application saying they will be in contact with me soon. After a week of silence I phone them, only to find out there is no proof of my application from the one lady I spoke to, but I am welcome to submit another application. Then I phoned another number and the lady said my application is in progress...! Seriously, what is it now! Another application I have to do AGAIN with delays!!! All I keep on hearing is "Oh sir, so sorry to hear" - if someone attempts to comment on this post - I hope they can do better than "oh so sorry to hear". In fact that doesn't change anything or help me in any regard! I definitely cannot recommend FNB.
