What a frustrating morning I am currently having - dealing with Bridge Loans.
As I am typing this complaint, I am currently holding on for your online sales department for the 3rd time - after having spoken to customer care 4 times already this morning.
I logged onto your website this morning and found that I qualified for top-up. I went through the application (I was pre-approved for R top-up). The application was done and I got to the part where I had to insert the OTP that was supposed to be sms'ed to me. It did not come through, no matter how many times I clicked on "resend".
I phoned your customer care and was told that my cell phone number is correct on the system and I should phone the online sales dept. I have been holding on for over 5 minutes and then heard "thank you for calling Bridge Loans. Good Bye" and next minute I was cut off. This happened twice already.
I tried to log into the website again to proceed with the application, only to find that somehow the pending application was cancelled and now all of a sudden, I no longer qualify?!?!? How is this possible when I was just approved a few minutes ago only waiting to e-sign? Just got cut off again!
