One month late and still no resolution

Standard bank u count are driving me up the frigging wall. three to four months ago i was persuaded to join u count, first problem was they could not deliver to my branch in east london, I live out of town and dont have a postal address as such, so as a result i cancelled the card (this after i registered online) two months ago i found they were billing me every month, even though the operator told me my card was cancelled. I called them to enquire and again stupidly i agreed to have the card sent to an alternate address which i subsequently collected. I went on line to check what my balance was only to find i dont remembermy password. I then tried to get them to send me a one time password so i could reset my password, thats when i found just how incompetent this bunch really are. they have a cell number on record thats not mine so i cant receive a password, as its going to another cell number. A few calls later i had changed my details on line as instructed, called back was told i had to change my details at the bank as well, i travelled the 80kms and was assured my cell number was updated to the correct one, almost two months have passed since then and still not no resolution.
