My friend who is currently in London tried to access his internet banking, he needed to have his password reset and normally one had to go into a branch. Obviously that cannot be done in London. So between him and I we have called all the numbers given to us by ABSA, to be told we should call the 24 hour number, 0123173000, no answer on that number. He needs his password reset urgently and no one can tell me whether that can be done if he's in London.
