On 6th December I took out an income protection plan today on the 12th December 2013 Mr. Arny called be and ask me questions about my allergy to asprin I gave him all the information and he said he would call me in the next 5 min which he did, He them asked me several questions again which I answered and said this could affect my policy I couldn't understand this because I had declared my asprin allergy when I took out this policy. I told him that I have consulted this with my DR who confirmed I had an hypersensitivity to asprin and also with me being a paramedic since 2007 and qualified by the university as a paramedic I couldn't understand why he wants be to go for blood test, who is he to question my medical doctor, he then said I should go for blood test at my own expense. This is totally unacceptable I then told him that I consider cancelling this policy which he said thank goodbye and hung up the phone I had several questions that I would have like answers on . this manner of customer service is bad and I hope that this matter can be sorted out and if this policy is still active or cancelled I DONT KNOW .
