Still being charged for something i do not have

Never in my life hve i experienced such bad service as i am experiencing from FNB at the moment. This is now the 3rd time that money is deducted from my account for a smart device which i do not even have. I have once again logged a complaint with the bank and was informed that the matter may only be attended to in 2-3 working days which i feel is unacceptable (case ref no 302252). They are quick to take money but in no rush to sort out their mess. After the last incedent, I was informed that this will not happen again. I had to struggle to get my money back into my account after the last wrongful deductions just to sit with the same problem again thuis mionth. It seems that people are not doing their job and customers continue to pay for their incompetence. I want my money back in my account by the end of the week and I want the smart device account on my profile removed with emmidiate effect. If this matter is not resolved I will have to report this to the Ombudsman and media and my husband and I will move our accounts to someone who actually cares about customer service.
