Payment to the finance house

I queried about the status of my claim, New National told me after Affinity receives natis/registration document from the finance house, when they authorise the payment it takes 10 working days, its expired from the 28th but still the money doesn't even show even on the finance bank yet, so my concern is affinity do not want to give me the proof of payment, please help I am tired of running around
