POOR SERVICE: FIVE CALLS LATER AND STILL NO ACTION

I recommended First for Women to my Household Maintenance Assistant for car insurance. He is now on your insurance!
He has phoned 5 times in the last few weeks to change the registration number with your organisation. He bought the car from me and with change of ownership he now has a new registration number.

His lengthy calls have been at his expense to inform your organisation of the changes in his details. To date, as you can see from the email sent, the registration number is still under my incorrect old registration. He needs the amended doc when he travels to Zim for Xmas.

It has cost him R100 in phone calls to contact you for errors that your organisation continue to make. That is 4 hours hard work based on his salary. on each call he has to repeat the same information over and over again.

I mailed PERLE PULE who replied sending the me the old document!! She ddint read the mail

So then I called to make the changes on behalf of him. Again, I was asked these same tiresome questions. I was promised I would receive the amended letter with the new details. To date we have not heard anything. This has been a week long process. Exceptionally incompetent and poor service
