Hi,

As per my conversation with Donovan.
I am extremely IRATE and expect someone to call me back with information regards these accounts.
Below are the ridiculous amounts I have been charged by your bank

September: (My debits for my 3 loans came back unpaid as I had a problem with my bank)

October
002: R2107
003: R2200 (the double debit should have been R1490- charged R710 extra)
004: R3692 (the double debit should have been R2500- charged 1192 extra)

November
002: R2107
003: R200 (my installment was R744 which means I was charged R1459 extra)
004 R3692 (my installments was R1248 which means I got charged R2444 extra)

Another debits for R2107 was done on the 6th December from my account (not sure what and when this was for)

So in total I was overcharged R5805 and you did a refund of R3378.75 on the 6th- I'm not sure how you got to this figure anyways.

This is daylight from your part not to mention a high level of incompetency.

I expect a response within 24 hours!!!
