BULK TELLER ON LUNCH. NOBODY ELSE TO ASSIST

I am very unhappy with Absa Kokstad. This the 3rd time im having a problem. Today i sent my staff member to make a deposit, and they simply tell me that the bulk Teller is on lunch and we must either wait or come back. How can they even suggest such. It is absolutely risky for us to wait or come back. As we have R345000.00 that we wish to deposit. We are making a deposit into SAB account. My staff member is still in your office and has not been helped. We can even send you a copy of this receipt when we eventually get to deposit this cash. I so wish that SAB hadent changed their bank account, because when they were with FNB we did not have this problem. Yes i do understand that people need lunch breaks. But gosh REALLY is there nobody else to assist. Shame on ABSA KOKSTAD!
