Went to a branch to change a monthly billing which is an internet banking fee that I do not use hardly. Just because my full names is not on their system they cannot correctly verify me. Really!?! I pay money into the credit card every month, I use money on the card every month and you tell me you cannot assist me with anything regardlessat any branch without proof from home affairs which will take another 3months or more. Then how do you provide someone with a credit card without correctly verifying at the first place when accepting them as a client.

Please assist me with this I really cannot be going to home affairs for this small thing you guys didnt verify.
