I've been with FNB for about 6 months now and the very first time I need their help, it's an absolute disaster! Contrary to their slogan, FNB cannot help.

Took me 20min to reset my Internet Banking and now that I try to use it, I'm informed that I need to verify at an FNB branch. Very frustrating that this was not communicated when I was there!

One of my employees cannot withdraw his salary as his card had expired and he's waiting for Home Affairs to transfer his work permit. They say that the account has been "suspended" and he cannot withdraw any of his money. I don't understand how you can pay money into a "suspended account" but cannot withdraw from this account. When I asked the clerk how my employee was supposed to survive the month as he was at the mercy of Home Affairs, I was told that I should give him the money! I was also told that I should not speak for my employee as I am not the account holder.

All-in-all, terrible service and not a happy client at all!
