I decided to change from ABSA to FNB due to the "awesome" bank that they are. Unfortunately this branch specializes in poor service and rude staff. I asked a while ago that they change my debit orders from ABSA to FNB, as they advertise it so irritatingly as efficient on every radio station, but they said that it would be easier if I changed it myself. So doing as asked by my new bank I went to Jacaranda, BIG BIG mistake. My new assistant shouted that she can only help smart people like me thus far, not listening to half of my question. Threw her hands in the air, after I wanted to explain and ask advise and stormed away. Her colleague almost had a hissy fit in front of us to vent her anger at another colleague. Professional? I was astounded at the days of our FNB Jacaranda show!!!
