Good day,
1. I am almost 60 years old and single, with only my income
2. I have to take time off work and walk to the bank and bank, almost 2km
3. Since the 25th I went there 3 time already just to find the off line
4. I then had to draw the cash and make may payments
5. today the withdrew R3000.00 to pay my rent and my bag was snatched.
6. what is the use of having the facility of making transferred if they are off line all the time
7. why should I then have to pay for these facilities
8. who is going to help me to get my money back
9. who is going to help me to pay the penalties on the late payment of my rental

Surely something has can be done to solve this problem
