Direct Axis granted a loan to someone using my details. None of the info was verified or confirmed and the loan was approved and paid to this stranger - without ever confirming any of the info.

When they were informed that this was a case, they promised to rectify the matter, but to date, nothing has been done. I now have a credit rating of on my name!
