Disappointing Customer Service

Dear Customer Care

I have requested legalwise to assist with a problem of which i have with my employer regarding deduction being made on my salary on a mistake they made in 2012 November on salaries.

however not enough attention is being given to my request and the deductions are affecting or straining my budget and all the time i have to call for legalwise to follow up and that to me is not professional.
