My Mother-in-law's policy matured. There was a form to be filled out and also supporting documents to be sent which were sent 27/10/2013. Money was supposed to be paid 01/12/2013. We noticed the money was not yet paid so we called the call center. after being transferred numerous times I eventually spoke to Brendon who gave a vague story about outstanding documents. We sent everything that was requested initially but Brendon could not figure out exactly what was the problem and neither could any of the other agents. Considering no one bothered to call in the first place when there was a problem, I wont hold my breath for them to follow up. The level of incompetence for a company that handles money is really quite shocking.
