Put my acc in arrears and about refund

I'm terribly disappointed and angry at the service received by Bruma Finance. After a loan agreement which they drew up, that clearly stated that they would deduct on the 27th, I still went even further and aske the consultant Mbongeni who also clarified this date with me. The reason I did this was so I could plan my December budget accordingly. To my suprise I woke up on the 5th to find a deduction of the installment on my account. When I called to complain they told me an sms was sent to notify me, which I never received so provision was not made. They apologisd and pretended to empathise with me and told me a refund would be made. This was on the 6th, today is the 10th and I still haven't received my refund and my credit score is taking a huge knock. What irritates me the most is the fact that I am using my airtime everyday only to be sent from pillar to post with promises they can't meet. I aim convinced they never had the intention to refund me in the first place, then why make a commitment to a customer that you don't intend to keep. I waited for this to be rectified in the mean time my credit scores which I'm working very hard on is taking a dip.
