Discovery Credit Card seems unable to solve my pro

I got an sms on 7th January 2013 saying that my Credit card was being blocked because of transactions. They sent me a form which i completed and faxed back as per their instructions. I called on 9th Jan & was told the had received the form. They said it takes 7-14 days to finalise the query. I received a call from Gift on 24th January to say they had not received my form and if I didn't do it by 25th, it would be null and void. I then mailed the form and the fax confirmation to Gift. It is now the 31st January and I have still heard nothing.
The transactions still remain on my account along with other charges. I do not know how to finalise this problem and am disgusted by the lack of service and bad attitude that I have encountered.
