I was seduced by FNB`s good offers and decided to "switch in 10 minutes". I wanted to switch both my debit and credit card so I can completely migrate. Everything was lovely on the phone but once htey put it down. They sent me one card and no more correspondence. No info about debit switching, no credit card nothing. I keep trying to email and call. Last time I called they told me that there was a system error delaying my credit card delivery and that they fixed it. over 3 weeks later, still nothing. Its almost like the guys dont care.
