So I lodge a complaint on the 21st November, S.A. Homelands has a loss adjuster visit me the next day, very professional company, and now I am still awaiting final outcome, I phoned last week, they told me to wait for the sms. My house smells of damp. It has been over a month that I have lodged the claim, the storms are not pleasant and I understand that everybody is busy, due to the storms, but can I have some service managing my expectations. What do I need to do?
