Janine van eeden was my outsurance consultant. I had to put in a claim for one of my optometric machines that broke down.
This happened the day before all the hail storms in Gauteng.
There was a problem on the claim specifications, and instead of just leaving it on the easy "sorry, there is a problem we are not ging to pay" answer you expect from insurers, she really went above and beyond to assist me in getting the claim paid and the probkem rectified.
I was certain that there woild be no extra effort put into my claim becayse of in in flood of claims all insurers would be dealing with after the storms, but I am truly plwasantly surprised!!
