Disappointed at Capitec Bank

It's my BIRTHDAY today & I think It's best to get a consolidation loan from African Bank, settle my Capitec Loan Account, then CLOSE It as It serves me no good anymore!!! What is the point of offering consolidation loans If you cannot approve your long-standing customers that have no current accounts in arrears (Reason for Declining: AFFORDABILITY)??? People need such loans to be able to pay one loan instead of many debts out there!!! How can a person that over R12, 5K p/m (Net Salary) not be assisted with consolidation as they can easily afford a that kind of loan to improve their finances! It seems Capitec only has their own business interest at heart and only smile when they keep deducting their Debit Orders for repayments, but come a time to help us, they're just down-right PATHETIC!!!
