So, i was phoned after my intial report that all will be fine now, please can i come in.
So i did on the 6/12/2013, just after lunch. Very friendly staff, etc and i would be sorted in no time. 2 hrs later i had a new pin and code again. This time the consultant did the user and password and voila - we had no more error messages. We managed to log in once, after which every single time when i try to log in we have the following message "on line banking is currently unavailable and should return shortly. We apologise for the inconvenience (8019 - A4)". I was told by the attendants that unfortunately the system was giving problems. Plausible - i think. Thus i leave again. Another 30 km trip at my cost due to poor service - total now 150 km. Thus Saturday, Sunday and now Monday - i try the internet, stil not working, try different computers - thinking maybe that is the problem. OK same result - I think to mysself - ok maybe its something about the password - change that and still the same result. Now i wonder what the story will be from FNB this time - what went wrong!!! Will there be a trip 6 at my cost to open an account with FNB?
