Cant Find Credit Card

I switched my banking from Nedbank to FNB last month and applied for my credit card which was delivered by courier to the Shelly Beach FNB on my request. When i went to the bank on Saturday nobody could find my card. I stood there for 40 minutes. as of now - i still dont know where my card is. A lady from the bank called me on Wednesday last week to say my card had arrived and i could collect. Where is it?
