The worst service EVER!!!

The worst service and communication I have received in my life! And this from an establishment which motto is How can we help you? I am an FNB customer and switched to them 2 years ago hoping for great service. I applied for a student loan for my first year of studies in 2012. This was done in a branch and was paid out in a week. This year I applied for a topup for my second year. One would think all is in place already and the process would be easy. Not at all!!! It is now 2 weeks. After receiving and sending my contract they tell me my proof of address is outstanding. I then phoned in and they updated it. I phoned again to check the progress and now they need my payslip, bear in mind, all the docs need to be in in order to receive a contract. This is a disgrace to the service in SA!! And if I did not phone I would not have known there are docs missing as the communication to clients is non existing. The agent of FNB handling the loans is Lifestart loans. As a huge banking institution you would hope they choose their agents with care! As this would be the reason FNB looses another "valuable" client. Or so they call me? I am disgusted. And I am a Platinum member. Not much value.
