Eenfound guilty by the FAIS ombusman

BE aware this financial advisor for Old Mutual has been found guilty by the F.A.I.S..I trusted him as I thought Old Mutual was a reputable company.
In dealing with Old Mutual double check the value of your policy had I not persisted with Old Mutual I would have lost 36.3% of the value of my investment.

The Long Term Ombudsman in this case has recommended replacement policies which are misleading and not in accordance to current legal requirements and put forward by Mr Hylton Joffe found guilty by the FAIS Ombu.
