PUTRID TURNAROUND TIME

I am most disgusted that 40 hours after my geyser burst on 5 December it is still not fixed. Their sister company auto nd general replaced it at the time a yr ago, whose"REPUTABLE QUALIFIED" PLUMBER, WOTKOWSKY PLUMBING fitted it incorrectly.they now tell me auto nd general Has to sort it out, which by the way is ubdr their same company umbrella, at a touch of a button they could find out all the claims nd trf me to the relevant dept, I am appalled to think that no-one is taking responsibility, I HAVE SWITCHED TO THIS INSURANCE FOR THE PAST 6 MONTHS ND PAY MY PREMIUM TIMEOUSLY, IN FACT A FEW DAYS BEFORE IT IS ACTUALLY DUE, THEN THEY DON'T PASS THE BUCK!!! I HAVE OFFICIALLY LOGGED A COMPLAINT WITH THE OMBUDSMAN. They now want me to liaise with kwikot the manufacturer of the geyser as it is still under warranty..how in heavens name does that become my problem wen I pay this unreliable company my premium for instances like this. I shudder to think wat wIll happen If my car breaks down In a godforsaken place and they send me from pillar to post. I WILL DEFINITELY B SWITCHING AND LOOKING FOR A MORE RELIABLE INSURANCE COMPANY AND FIRST MAKE 100% SURE IT'S NOT UNDER THEIR UMBRELLA
