MFC not interested in doing business

I have since Fri. 29 Nov made three calls to their contact centre icw taking out an extended warranty on my MFC-financed vehicle, the original factory warranty on which expires on 7 Dec.
All of the agents I spoke to, most recently a Zinobia at 14:45 on 4 Dec would get a "value added products" marketer to contact me. I was told these marketers do not take client calls but only work on internal leads and that I would get phoned in 24 hours.
On 5 Dec, more than a day after my last call, I had still not been contacted by any marketer and sent a formal complaint to their official complaints address [Email Removed] Needless to say I've had no response from them.

I have now got the message that MFC does not want/need my business and have procured a warranty through another provided.

I will of course never again do business with MFC, but will also make a point of telling everyone I come into contact with about their unresponsive, pathetic, couldn't-care-less attitude towards clients.

MFC, you are the pits!
