I contacted Premier Claims Services with a third party claim for DJ Bosman Transport. It is near impossible trying to get through to their offices and no response to my emails either. I am told that Ms Pillay only receives calls after 10am. with an hour lunch and leaving at 15h30 that leaves a total of 3 and a half hours that one can pray to get through to their offices. After escalating my issue to a manager at Premier Claims Services, I am only then advised of third party policies.
The service and manner in which my matter was handled leaves very little to be desired. Despite me highlighting my experience to the manager, I did not even receive an apology, instead the book gets thrown at me leaving me with very little options. I will never recommend this company to anybody I know.
