Failure to solve this, We will take drastic steps

I have since reported the struggle and challenges that we have been facing with Real People and Build Kwil. I reported the matter on 22 November 2013 and since then a lady only called me once to notify me that they have received the complaint and that they are investigating. Till to date, I have not heard from them and I wonder how this one will be resolved because now as we speak, the heavy rain and storms that have been taking in the past weeks have destroyed part of the building we were put on hold of because of ignorance and no assistance by the store. We have since waited for roofing material and now the storms have destroyed.

Who will take responsibility and accountability for this mess? we have fully paid for the material but there is no delivery taking place as we are told there is no stock.

I am enough now and should this not be resolved to out satisfaction, we will take drastic steps. I have consulted and we have a case.

I cannot be raising a complaint countless times about the same matter, really!!!
