When I recently wrote a report regarding a mysterious debit on my bank account, Real People responded and resolved the issue within a week, Lee-Ann Rooy and Georgina Booysen confirming that a case of identity had taken place and advising me of the steps to take to ensure I was protected against the perpetrator repeating the crime elsewhere, and a refund was promptly arranged for the amounts that had been debited from my account, with Priscilla from Real People's Accounts Department calling me this afternoon to verify the details for the refund which I will be receiving in the next 24 hours.
