Your inability to communicate as promised is appalling, from looking at Hellopeter it seems to be a trend.
If you say you are going to call a client back shortly- DO SO!! - not so difficult one would think. I have waitied and given the benefit of the doubt, but in all due respect, why must I be phoning continuously for feeback!?
