Ive got an investment acc&a transactional acc. I called the call centre 1st to request for funds to be transfered from the investment acc to the transactional acc, i was told this cannot be done over the phone as my transactional acc was not older than 3 months. I was told to go to the bank... I went to the bank and was assisted by a gentlemen called Quinton Basson in enquiries, he put notice for me for R2000.00 on the 5 dec 2013.I asked him can he increase the limit on my card so that i can access the funds at an atm, he says no because the acc is less than 3 months old. Today, the 6 dec 2013-i tried withdrawing the funds from the machine&it declined. I went back to Quinton and he said to me i entered the wrong pin, bt the card is not blocked. I must go to the tellers to draw money. The que was very long with only 2 tellers working, when i got to the till, the teller Nepo Santho-told me the card is blocked and i must go back to nquiries&he did this with such attitude. I went back to Quinton to reset my pin AGAIN!! And then expected to go back to the tellers... What happened to getting it right the 1st time. I found the service appoling&theres was no sense of urgency. Am closing all accounts.
