Promised we'll get the unit, not answering phone

We applied for a speedpoint unit for the business and were promised that we would get it yesterday or latest this morning as we needed it for an event this weekend. The unit has not arrived and Kagiso is not answering our calls. The speedpoint was applied for a month ago already but unfortunately fnb really drags their feet. A few days after applying we were told that Kagiso would call us to finalise, he only called us after more than a week, then we explained we need it urgently now for the event this weekend.
