I have a serious reservation about the competencies of staff in this bank to recognise service delivery and customer care as a high priority. Having visited the bank to arrange a simple transaction for forex transfer, it has taken almost 2 weeks to date to conclude and yet still not done. The sad part is that no constant feedback against progress made by the bank is communicated to the client as a proactive gesture. This is creating high level of frustration and discontent, especially if the values of FNB is not practised!!!
